Cryptocurrency exchange

    Transactions use current market prices.

  2. 2.2

    The exchange takes place directly between the user and the service.

  3. 2.3

    Available exchange pairs may include different cryptocurrencies listed on the platform.

  4. 2.4

    Our platform only exchanges cryptocurrency for fiat money or another cryptocurrency. Fiat-to-cryptocurrency exchange is not provided.

Limits

    Minimum exchange amounts may apply.

  2. 3.2

    If the amount sent is below the amount specified in the order, the system may not recognize it as payment. Contact support in this case.

Fees

    The displayed fee is already included in the rate and the receiving amount.

  2. 4.2

    Fees may change without prior notice.

Security

    The platform takes measures to protect transactions.

  2. 5.2

    The service does not perform AML checks on incoming cryptocurrency and does not require KYC.

    Support requests may be anonymous.

Platform rules

  1. 7.1

    Using the platform means that you accept these rules.

  2. 7.2

    The exchange is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user data, blockchain delays, third-party actions, hacking, communication failures, or similar events.

  3. 7.3

    The rate is locked for — minutes when the order is created. Until the system confirms payment according to the network requirements, the rate and receiving amount are recalculated every — minutes. Once payment is confirmed, the rate no longer changes.

  4. 7.4

    Payment must be sent within — minutes after order creation.

  5. 7.5

    If payment is not found or the amount, address, or network does not match the order, the order is referred to the operator for review.

Cash delivery

  1. 8.1

    Cash is delivered within two hours after confirmation of the cryptocurrency transaction.

  2. 8.2

    Cash delivery may be available only in certain regions or cities.

Network confirmations

  1. 9.1

    The deposit must first receive confirmations on the sending network: Bitcoin and Litecoin — 2; TRON, Solana and Solana tokens — 1; Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens — 6; BSC — 15; Monero — 10.

  2. 9.2

    These requirements apply to available exchange directions. Available coins and networks are shown in the exchange form.
