    If the amount sent is below the amount specified in the order, the system may not recognize it as payment. Contact support in this case.

Fees

    The displayed fee is already included in the rate and the receiving amount.

    Fees may change without prior notice.

Security

    The platform takes measures to protect transactions.

    The service does not perform AML checks on incoming cryptocurrency and does not require KYC.

Platform rules

    The rate is locked when the order is created and remains fixed during its payment window.

    Payment must be sent within — minutes after order creation.

  5. 7.5

    If payment is not found or the amount, address, or network does not match the order, the order is referred to the operator for review.
